Shame on Rialto Capital Management for contributing to the erosion of area standards for carpenter craft workers. The Florida Carpenter Regional Council has a labor dispute with Caroni Interiors, Inc,, which is performing or has performed construction work on the 34th, 35th and 36th FLOORS project located at, 200 S. Biscayne Blvd. MIAMI, FL 33131. Caroni Interiors, Inc., does not meet area labor standards, including providing or making payments for healthcare and/or retirement benefits for all of its carpenter craft workers.

The Florida Carpenters Regional Council believes that Caroni Interiors, Inc. has an obligation to the community to see that area labor standards are met for construction work performed on all their future projects. They should not be allowed to insulate themselves behind “independent" contractors, for this reason the Florida Carpenters Regional Council has a labor dispute with Caroni Interiors, Inc.

PLEASE CALL JOE BACHKOSKY AT 305-485-2077 AND TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO ALL THEY CAN TO CHANGE THIS SITUATION AND SEE THAT AREA LABOR STANDARDS ARE MET ON 200 S. BISCAYNE BLVD.
