Dear Brothers & Sisters:
On this Memorial Day 2018, please join your fellow members, as well as Council staff and officers, in respectful remembrance of those brave soldiers who died for our country. One honoring tradition is to raise the American flag. But, did you know that on Memorial Day, the flag should fly at half-staff until Noon, and then get raised to full height?
